With our founder's extensive experience in the trades we here at WYCO understand that Safety isn't just a mandate from management, nor is a safe workplace achieved through slogans and flashy banners and zero tolerance policies. A culture of safety must be embraced from the highest levels of management to the people who fill entry level positions. Safety cannot be seen simply as an irritating requirement on a project, it must be seen as an integral part of our means and methods that helps, not hinders, overall performance, schedule, quality and project value.

Well planned work means a safer work environment and not coincidentally, more efficient production, and a higher quality product. Safer is truly faster and better.
